- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no Refunds, exchanges or transfers. If the show is cancelled, refunds will be given so please provide a valid Telephone Number/email address so we can notify you.
- WE DO NOT SHIP TICKETS. Print your ticket and receipt at the time of your web purchase.
- Dinner reseravtions are available pre-show. Dinner is served 2 hours prior to show time in the dining room and then you will have seating in the showroom for the show. Dinner reservations arrivng 30 minutes prior to show time cannot be sat for dinner, as there is not time to serve prior to seating for the show.
- Admission DOES NOT include dinner. All food/beverage items are cash and carry at the venue.
- All Seating is on a first come first served basis. Doors open 1 hour prior to show time. For best seating arrive early. In order to be seated at least half of your party must be present and all tickets for your party must be in hand.
- Tickets not picked up by show time may be released to the public for resale. Refunds are NOT issued.
** Please note - if you are purchasing a dinner package, you MUST call ahead for a dinner table reservation. Dinner is served in the dining room 90 minutes prior to show time. Dinner seating is closed 1/2 hour prior to show time**
